Welcome to Taperian's fondue!

Fondue is finally back! 🫕❤️ After the summer break, it’s time to bring out the fondue set again. Starting Friday, September 25, you can once again gather around the pot and enjoy our delicious fondue with all its tasty accompaniments. We can’t wait!

We serve a fondue made with a homemade red wine-based broth, beef, and lots of delicious sides. Unlimited refills on everything are included, so come hungry!

We treat everyone who orders our fondue to a mini crème brûlée for dessert. 🙂

What’s included
: A red wine-based, homemade fondue with:
• Beef
• Grilled chorizo from Rioja, Spain
• French fries & garlic bread
• Tomato salad
• Pimientos de Padrón
• Taperians’ béarnaise sauce, aioli, jalapeño emulsion & anchovy BBQ

Vegetarian option
You’ll receive your own vegetarian plate, served separately, which should not be dipped in the fondue, as the fondue contains meat. Of course, you can enjoy all of our delicious sides with your plate.

What’s included? All sides + a plate with Manchego croquettes, vegan mini-burgers, and fried gnocchi with smoked corn purée, polka beet salsa, and Manchego shavings. The vegetarian option may vary depending on the season and daily offerings.

Allergies & Special Dietary Needs
The menu is lactose-free and nut-free. Gluten is present in the bread. The sausage is gluten-free. Unfortunately, we are unable to customize the fondue to accommodatespecial dietaryneeds. The fondue is served as listed on the menu; if you have allergies, please choose to omit any side dishes you cannot eat.
