La Cerveceria

The only microbrewery in Lund that brews in the city center, more specifically right below Taperian in the basement. We do not serve any other beer than our own and thus have no transportation with beer delivery - climate smart! Did you know that...

• Our brewer Alan has over 10 years experience in the craft.
• Each brew can yield up to 500 liters of beer.
• Water is the main raw material in beer brewing, and we have excellent water in Lund.
• Each brewing session uses 100-150 kg of malt to create the body of the beer, the sweet wort.
• Between 1 and 10 kg of hops spice and flavor.
• The yeast needs between ten days and six weeks to turn the wort into beer.
• Our 2022 warehouse is named after the year we opened Torgets.
• We are able to brew both large and small batches, allowing us to introduce many fun elements and follow seasonal flavors. Keep an eye out for news!

Our brewery is brewing in full swing and right now you will find below varieties in the beer taps. Keep an eye out as we vary some varieties by season.

2022, Lager, 5,2% - Malty, with restrained bitterness and balanced fullness.

Cerveza Limón, Ale, 4,8% - A fruity ale with hints of lemonade.

Ode to hops, IPA, 6,5% - Hop-dominated, with bitterness and sweetness in harmony.

Emperador, Imperial stout, 8,2% - Dense caramel, lightly roasted flavor, warming alcohol.

Lundabocken, 6,9% - A double bock, stylish with dark color, rich maltiness without roasted notes and extremely low hop flavor.

Trappaner, Non-Alcoholic Ale, 0,4% - Dry flavor, weak smoky notes and fresh hoppiness.

Sin, Gluten Free ABA, 4,9% - An American Brown Ale with nice roasted notes and a citrusy hop profile, gluten free.

Pera, Pear Cider, 4,4% - Sweet, rich and generous pear flavor.
